Quality.
For NTP the term “quality” means more than the traditional meaning. In our opinion, quality is a far more comprehensive concept than mere technical specifications related to the products. We believe quality is the ongoing process of building and sustaining relationships by assessing, anticipating, and fulfilling stated and implied needs. This philosophy is applied in all steps in our process, from how we respond to requests, to how we follow up our customers after delivery. This company’s long experience and leading-edge competence, and positive references, assures a positive contribution to our customer’s profitability.
Since 1982 NTP has had an independent QA system. It includes the regulation of the quality of raw materials, assemblies, products and components; services related to production; and management, production, and inspection processes. In February 1994 the company became ISO 9001 certified. Later recertified and valid until February 2012.

Warranty.
We guarantee that the products we deliver are in compliance with the tests specified in our order confirmations, and with the specifications given in our product sheets. The warranty is valid two years from date of invoice. This warranty implies that we will either replace a failed product or refund the value, if we find the claim to be valid. We accept no responsibility for damages, costs incurred, or any loss from a failed product in, or after, the stated validity of the warranty.

Customer satisfaction.
Being a manufacturer of a wide range of quality products is not enough to satisfy the needs of different markets and customers. NTP realizes the importance of focusing on our customers’ needs to achieve the expected trust, and to remain a first rate supplier.

Production.
Different products and applications require different ceramic materials. NTP utilizes a wide range of raw materials and additives to satisfy our customers’ different technical specifications. In order to have a wide product range, we also employ different production techniques.

We utilize a wet process. This means pressing, extrusion, casting and turning. Our capacity is approximately 3000 tons per year.
